Red Bull Renault have the match package for Istanbul Circuit
Adrian Newey, RB5 designer car, known genius in the aerodynamics. So, the Red Bull-Renault package was great in the wind processing, and that is the key to successfully conquered the quickly curves.
Even Red Bull is also aware that Turkey gave the opportunity to win. Who knows, later on Sunday (June 7) they will reach their second victory this year, after Sebastian Vettel conquered the Shanghai Circuit, China. And who knows, this time is Mark Webber turn to achieve victory.
Red Bull also have extra motivation to win in Turkey. They should reach as many points as they can if they do not want to “left” by Brawn-Mercedes in drivers as well constructor standings. Now, Red Bull was in the 2nd of constructor standings with 42.5 points, far behind aliases 43.5 points behind the Brawn.
“Fast circuit in Turkey should be more suitable for our car. Mark (Webber, Red) years ago is very competitive in this circuit,” said Christian Horner, Red Bull principal. “It is very important for us to achieve good results, because our goal is to minimize the distance in overall standings,” he added.
As a major barrier to get victory, Horner of course spell Brawn-Mercedes. But, they take with the rough that Ferrari as a very strong threat.
“In the last two race, Ferrari had clearly move forward. We think they will become a major force this weekend. Moreover, Ferrari has won the race here in the last three years,” said Horner.
