The Teams have not enough time to test the car.
Formula 1 2009 season will start at least in the next two months. The teams must work hard to prepare themselves. Besides the running out of time, they obstructed by weather.
Calendar already show in February. 2009 Formula 1 racing season will begins at the end of March in Australia. From nine Formula 1 teams we have (pending the fate Honda), only six that have launched their newest car.
Ferrari, McLaren-Mercedes, BMW-Sauber, Toyota, Williams-Toyota, and Renault. Red Bull will introduce their new car later on February 9. Toro Rosso a few days later. Force India may be at the beginning of March. While the Honda personnel only can pray until now.
However, although already launched the new car, not one of the six teams that could afford the ideal testing. First, they still have to familiarize themselves with the regulation changes dramatically. Design of 2009 car is extremely different with 2008 design. And, for the first time since 1997, they again have to wear plain slick tires.
