Weather, another testing day barriers.

Unfortunately, the weather in Europe continues to provide barriers. Ferrari F1 must move first F60 trial from Fiorano to Mugello. Practise in Valencia, Spain, and the Algarve, Portugal, face cold weather and rain. In fact, the teams need more practise in the dry track to find the ideal setting on the new regulations.

At this time the Formula 1 engineers are in a maximal headache. The car they really should provide the steady car before the season starts.
