Norfolk – Kamui Kobayashi rumored to be escort the Newer Formula 1 team Lotus at the 2010 Formula 1 racing season. Really?
Instead of answering this rumor, executive director of Lotus, Riad Asmat even reveal some options. According to him, a special honor when Kamui Kobayashi (also another famous F1 driver) is really interested in joining this Malaysia team.
As we already knows, Kamui Kobayashi showed an amazing performance during 2009 Formula 1 season. Formula 1 results proofed that. He is a talented rookie who can grab some points in Abu Dhabi, the first ever race in Formula 1 history.
“It’s a great honor for us if the drivers like Kobayashi interested in being part of this team,” said Asmat, told the New Straits Times, and recorded at f1dv.com (9/11/2009).
“That means, they see our seriousness of building this team, though we are still fairly new,” he added.
Kobayashi Toyota driver was not the first name associated with Lotus. Previously, this Malaysian manufacturer squad associated with some important names like Jarno Trulli, Jacques Villeneuve and Christian Klien.
