Ferrari driver Felipe Massa have a very rapid progress in the recovery process of injuries. The Brazilian driver was even able to go back into the action behind the steering wheel.
Since the tragic accident at the Hungarian GP qualifying, two months ago, Massa had to be absent from the world of racing and forehead injury undergoing rehabilitation in his hometown of Brazil. Together with Dr. Dino Altman who care, Massa was inrapid progress and now just need some time to get back to sit behind the Ferrari steering wheel.
As reported Automoto365, and recorded at f1dv.com Wednesday (30/9/2009), Massa has recently been re-action to the world of racing. However, not in Formula One, but only in go kart event. Yes, on Tuesday morning local time, the Brazilian racer attended go kart event held at the Granja Viana, Brazil.
Accompanied by Dr. Altman, Massa seemed comfortable lead in the first race on Go kart after his injured. Unfortunately, Massa could only drive his car for a few laps. Because the heavy rain that falls forced the race committee postponed the first session of this Go Kart event.
However, in the next few days, Massa will be back to try out Go Kart, before flying to the Ferrari headquarters in Maranello. Massa was scheduled to restore the condition by using the static simulator in Gestione Sportiva. If all goes according to plan, then the 28 years old driver will confirmed to race for Ferrari at the 2010 season.
