Reject Sanctions, Briatore Ready to take the Legal Action

The former Renault boss Flavio Briatore could not accept the penalty imposed by the FIA on the race fixing scandal was doing with Pat Symonds, last season. For that, Briatore reportedly ready to take legal action to free him from punishment.

Briatore's got a very severe punishment, which is banned in the racing world for his whole life, while Symonds got sanctions ban only for five years.
