PARIS – F1 again handed replacement for the new scoring system for next season. According to the plan, decision would have taken on Saturday (12/12/2009).
F1 proposal about the scoring system change is already entered into the FIA table. While the discussion will be held at the World Motor Sport Council.
This new scoring system is closely related to the expansion of Formula 1 GP starting grid is now occupied by 13 teams.
Different from today, under the new system the winning drivers will get 25 points. As for the position below will be given points according to 20-15-10-8-6-5-3-2-1 patterns, such as quoted by F1 Live on Friday (11/12/2009).
At the beginning of last season, the FIA also throwing the new scoring system replacement idea. But that time the pattern used is the use of a medal system where most drivers won a race series automatically set as the champion, without the need to count the number of points again.

I don’t understand the need to change things. The system works fine as it is.
