
Update: William still on the top of last practice (session 3) in Australia.
Williams Formula 1 team recorded satisfactory results in the first free practice session in Australian Formula 1 GP, Friday (27/3/2009). Two drivers, Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima appear as fastest drivers.
Rosberg to be on the forefront drivers of the first free practice at Alberta Park with a record time 1:26.687. While his team mate, Nakajima, only 0,049 seconds behind that German drivers.
Ferrari Formula 1 drivers Kimi Räikkönen also achieved impressive results after a record time 1:26.750. In the back, Rubens Barichello of Brawn GP Formula 1 stick strictly with the time difference between 0.5 seconds. Barichello successfully surpass McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 rider Heikki Kovalainen and his team colleagues in Brawn GP Formula 1, Jenson Button.
Meanwhile, the 2008 Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton appears to have not find the best performance with his MP4-24. The Briton is only able to put themselves in position 16 after recorded the time of 1:29.042.
Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix will be held on Sunday (29/3/2009). Don’t forget to put your bet!
