F1 Medals won’t Change Anything
Wednesday, January 28th, 2009The idea of the medals system event Formula 1 (F1) by Bernie Ecclestone continues to get the opposition. The latest one is comments from the BMW Sauber director Mario Thiessen.
According to Thiessen, all will be futile. Worse, if Formula 1 still force the implementation of the system so the race is feared will become increasingly difficult.
“No, that system will not change anything. I would worry it will be more difficult for drivers to reach maximum results,” Thiessen said as wrote at F1 Technical.
The same is also expressed by Kubica BMW drivers Robert Kubica. He mentions that the drivers have the same purpose in the track, which is fast and collide into the front, so no matter what the system will apply later.
“Our goal is one, that is to be the foremost. So no matter what the system will apply,” Kubica demolished.
