USF1 Build Two Headquarters

USF1 was stated, to have a headquarters in North Carolina, United States, is the right choice. But the fact is, Ken Anderson targeted Spain as their European headquarters.

Diario Sports wrote, on Tuesday (24/2/2009), USF1 require a special location in Europe mainland for the trial before Formula One (F1) calendar begin to start. Azkoitia, located in the north of Spain have been used as the main target.

Massa believe in F60 ability

Suzuka Circuit Re-Opened on April

Suzuka will back fill in the F1 2009 calendar. However, many people start pessimistic because the circuits that have large-scale renovation has not yet been done by now.

Bahrain Testing Still Strict

Ferrari Slightly Excellence than BMW and Toyota

Signs Formula 1 2009 season will be going strict visible again from the continued testing in the Sakhir Circuit, Bahrain. During four days, Monday to Thursday (Feb. 16-19), three-team fight in there. The result, Ferrari F1 is slightly superior than BMW Sauber and Toyota F1.

During the four day, three teams alternately record the best time. And for that four days also, the time difference between the third new car is never more than a range of 0.5 seconds.

Honda Finally Sold

Finally, Honda sold. Really? Sir Richard Branson from Virgin Group has informed to propose Honda Racing team.

Reuters wrote, on Wednesday (18/2/2009), this information is revealed by a source of Japan manufacturer. "They have made a bid to buy the team,"the source said.

Conversely, in the midst of incessant speculation and the hope for Honda to be sold at the same time, the Virgin Group select tight-lipped. However, Branson spokesman immediately skim the information and called rumor.

Petrobras Leave Honda

Sandstorm hit Bahrain in testing day

Meanwhile, the trial in Bahrain does not going well as what they expected. From a four-day scheduled, practically only two days effective. Two days in the middle (Wednesday and Thursday, 11-12 / 2) subject to sand storms. That's ironic, given that the Ferrari F1, BMW Sauber, Toyota F1 and choose the exercise in Bahrain to avoid bad weather (rain and cold) in Europe!

Fortunately, on the last day (Friday, 13 / 2) the weather is very cooperative. Teams also beat up''out''of each car. Each racer can devour more than 120 lap, equal to twice the distance race.

Competition will be Strict

Formula 1 competition in 2009, it seems, will more strict, more evenly than last seasons. At least, that is the signs that are visible from the trial last weekend in Spain and Bahrain.

Formula 1 testing takes place in two places at once in the last week. During four days, until Friday (13 / 2), five teams go down in Jerez, Spain, and three teams take a trial at the Sakhir, Bahrain.

Raikkonen Shocked with F60

Kimi Räikkönen confess very satisfied with the performance of new cars Ferrari F60, after the opportunity to try at the dry track.

Previously, the former champion of this world that frustrated with the rain and sand storm that hit some Bahrain districts and Sakhir circuit. However, Kimi finally take pride in optimal machine conditions with the dry track.
