Reject Sanctions, Briatore Ready to take the Legal Action

The former Renault boss Flavio Briatore could not accept the penalty imposed by the FIA on the race fixing scandal was doing with Pat Symonds, last season. For that, Briatore reportedly ready to take legal action to free him from punishment.

Briatore's got a very severe punishment, which is banned in the racing world for his whole life, while Symonds got sanctions ban only for five years. The FIA imposed sanctions after they proved to instruct Nelson Piquet hit the wall in order to let his team mate Fernando Alonso to appear as a winner in F1GP Singapore, last season.

Four Team Support Renault F1

FIA official cancel penalty ban in the European GP will apply to the Renault team. In addition there is no proof of negligence, it seems support from four other F1 teams are also strong reasons for so.

Renault F1 only penalized a fine of USD 5000 only for errors that cause a tire belonging to R29 Fernando Alonso suddenly released when the race in GP Hungary.

Surely Alonso in action in the European Formula 1 GP?

European Grand Prix organizers are confident that Fernando Alonso will still be in action in the 11th series of Formula 1, in the two upcoming weekends. They believe sanctions over local stars is immediately revoked.

Indeed, Renault drivers called El Nano is not intended to be shown, over a street circuit in Valencia City. Results will be known after the decision the council FIA on Monday (10/8/2009) evening local time.

Renault Formula 1 have to rise

Fernando Alonso just only get five points from four races have been held. Fight in Spain, makes Alonso optimistic Renault soon rise.

"Always be a special race in Spain and I am lucky to be able to race in the pen this year, in Barcelona and Valencia," said Alonso who now was ranked eighth with a collection of five points.

Renault Receive 3 Billion Euro from Sarkozy

French government immediately inject fresh funds for the French car assembly company, Renault. Why?

In the midst of global financial crisis that is also spreading to the motor sports including Formula One (F1), Renault became one of the company also team that is promised to retain employees.

Renault will not only receive 3 billion euros. Because French President Nicolas Sarkozy still require the manufacturer and does not open the sack employees.

“This is not a gift, also not the subsidy. We gave it in the form of a loan with an interest rate of six percent,” Sarkozy told to onestopstrategy, Tuesday (10/2/2009).

According to him, this loan must be paid regularly for five years.

Renault failed in the first test

First test of Renault F1 in 2009 season does not run smoothly as a planned. As wrote by Motorsport Aktuell, the French team must fight hard to maintain consistency and R29′s performance during the trial.

Not only rain storms throughout the weekend to be serious obstacles for Flavio Briatore squad formation. Renault R29 aerodynamic system also have problems.

However, on the last day of trial, Fernando Alonso can control four new Renault F1 R29 cars with ease.

Unfortunately, it is reported Alonso had complained about the condition of the car speed. According to El Nano, Renault F1 newest hybrid can not go fast.

"What is important, we are not experiencing technical problems. The issue of how time is not crucial," I like Alonso in the Marca as F1Live wrote, Thursday (29/1/2009).

"Hopefully, the performance of the car, we can increase it later," hope of 27 years old Spain driver on trial in Australia.
